Christmas Network Freeze 2020

Our Plans for this Festive Period

With Christmas fast approaching we wanted to update you on our business operations during the festive period.

From 18:00 on Wednesday 23rd December 2020 – 09:00 on Monday 4th January 2021 we will be implementing a network freeze as follows:

Core Network

During the network freeze, no major network changes are planned however our engineers will continue to support and maintain our core infrastructure.

Technical Support Services

1st Line Telephone Technical support will operate as usual but on the 24th, 25th and 31st of December will operate between 09:00 to 17:00, after these hours and on the Bank Holidays our out of hours support engineers will be available on 00352 28808632.


During the network freeze period, the Ops team will be available on 00352 28808632 as per the 1st Line Technical Support team hours and will progress any outstanding orders where possible, although we will be limited on progress dependant on the underlying carriers network freeze.
