Jean-Claude Bintz, Chairman of the Board - jcbintz@telecomluxembourg.com

He has spent 20 years in finance and media business, and another 15 years in the telecommuncation industry. He has created several start ups which have turned into real success stories on the Luxembourg market, among them two mobile operators (Tango and VOXmobile). 

After the sale of his shares in VOXmobile, Jean-Claude Bintz decided to become independant and to set up his own organization LAKEHOUSE S.A. Lakehouse has acquired among others, the communication agency MOSKITO Productions S.A., a leader in audio-visual communication in Luxembourg. Lakehouse however, is predominantly a consulting structure, advising in matters of communication, marketing and business strategy.

Jean-Claude is the co-founder and director of STING S.A. a company spezialised in the investment and active support of development, transmission and succession projects of Luxembourgish companies.

Marc Cardinael holds Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management and has also graduated as a Certified International Investment Analyst. He began his international career with General Motors & Delphi Automotive Systems, where he was instrumental in developing a number of technical innovations involving various vehicle makes and models. He went on to join BIP Investment Partners during its first year of existence and was thus actively involved in the creation of a major investment company.

At BIP, he is primarily responsible for the overall cycle of investment of risk capital, capital development, buyouts, … and is actively involved in market development, analysis, due diligence, assessment, negotiation of contracts, representation on the board of directors, follow-up and exit strategy. All at an international level and spanning various sectors, such as industry, technology and the media. Marc Cardinael is fluent in French, Dutch, Italian, English and German.

Jérôme Grandidier, CEO - jgrandidier@telecomluxembourg.com

Jérôme Grandidier, 38, a high level business school graduate, benefits from 13 years of successful company management experience in the field of computer related services.

His professional career included the management of the Luxembourg entity of international groups quoted at the Stock Exchange, after which he took over the task of developing the SIT Group from its inception to date. Jérôme mainly worked out of Luxembourg, but he always maintained a close relationship with the Belgian market, itself closely interconnected at mother company level with the Luxembourg market in the business of IT services.

For several years now, he has been in touch with the Dutch market, and he regularly carries out missions in this country on behalf of the Dutch SIT Group subsidiary. His activity is focusing on the search for new niche markets, contract negotiations and maintaining links with the major market actors. He started the SIT Group venture and is the group’s CEO with the status of a Manager, Financial Services Provider. His main management positions were: Econocom from 1995 to 1998, CSS from 1998 to 2002, and SIT Group since 2002.

 

 

Vincent Nicolay, COO - Member of the Board - vnicolay@telecomluxembourg.com

 

Vincent Nicolay, 34, worked for 6 years as an Account Manager with Telindus Luxembourg, then for 5 years with the operator Verizon Business.

He was in charge of managing major international accounts in the banking and industrial sectors. Building on his successful experience with these companies, he joined
Telecom Luxembourg S.A. in March 2009 as a Sales Director.

Thanks to the knowledge acquired when working for Verizon, he is also in charge of developing the Datacenter and optical network activity for
Telecom Luxembourg S.A., with the objective of making it an outstanding actor in the Luxembourg market.

 

Philippe Bruneton, CFO - pbruneton@telecomluxembourg.com

Having joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 1994, Philippe Bruneton became Partner in 1998. He was involved in developing the Management Consulting department of the firm and was focused on Finance, Organization, Human Resources and IT, especially in the financial industry.

In 2004, Philippe Bruneton took also the office of Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte Luxembourg and managed internal support departments with emphasis on Finance as CFO.

In 2010, he decided to found his own firm as independent consultant and director focusing on management consulting services, interim management assignments and independent director positions.

Having led complex consulting projects, combined with the management and supervision of a wide range of services, Philippe Bruneton has an extensive background in firm management, financial sector and professional services in Luxembourg.

Philippe is 47 years old, speaks French and English and is an IT engineer.
