L'opérateur privé ayant perdu un procès contre les P&T n'a plus le droit de se nommer ainsi parce que cela a été considéré comme étant de la publicité trompeuse. Au-delà d'une simple affaire de nom, cette décision pose la question de la distribution dans ce marché.
